Pickleball at Loves Park Playground

Hello, Picklehood!

Fantastic news! The six brand new Pickleball courts at Loves Park Playground are complete! WOHOO! The facility really is spectacular! The park is at the corner of Pearl Ave and Hollis Ave in Loves Park, IL. Google maps shows the an old satellite picture of the former lumber yard. Click here for a map.

Now the bad news - the park is still under construction. So please respect the construction zone and continue to play at Sinnissippi until spring. The park is one giant muddy mess as the grass seed has not yet been planted. Rockford Park District will likely have a dedication ceremony in mid to late spring, once the grass is established.
